Required Qualifications
- Prior experience with state government or non-profit organizations
- Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and gap analysis
- Experience with user acceptance testing and documentation
- Proficient in Office 365 products, particularly Excel and Visio
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
