Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and billing issues
  • Promote and sell additional products and services to customers based on their needs
  • Provide empathetic support to customers involved in accidents while setting up claim reports
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
  • Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training provided for unlicensed candidates
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
