A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and billing issues
- Promote and sell additional products and services to customers based on their needs
- Provide empathetic support to customers involved in accidents while setting up claim reports
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training provided for unlicensed candidates
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
