Key Responsibilities
- Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring accuracy of information
- Follow company procedures and input accurate trip data into systems
- Review and educate members on services and insurance coverage
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months in contact center or customer service
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
