Mainframe Application Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mainframe Application Support (z/OS) specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT incident, service change, and service management processes to ensure smooth operations
• Perform problem management activities and develop solutions to improve IT service quality
• Administer Control-M for zOS applications, including installation, configuration, and integration

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a mainframe environment within a large enterprise or equivalent education and experience
• Preferred college degree
• Working knowledge of IT incident management, service change management, and IT service management
• Experience with Control-M (zOS and distributed) application administration
• Understanding of a large-scale 24/7 production environment
