Our business reviews products on Amazon and Youtube and we’re looking for someone to do short, 1-2 minute videos talking about products you own, that are available on Amazon.com.
You won’t be on camera in these videos. You’ll be showing a product and talking about your experience with it. I’ll share an example if you’re interested.
These can be products in your kitchen, garage, basement, etc. – products that cost at least $50 are preferred, the more expensive the better.
Here’s a quick rundown of the ideal candidate:
– Lives in the US and is comfortable and confident doing voice-overs on videos.
– Owns or has easy access to many products that are for sale on Amazon.com
– A go-getter who thinks creatively. The goal is to review as many products as possible in categories like these:
Furniture
Home
Home Improvement
Lawn & Garden
Pets Products
Headphones
Beauty
Musical Instruments
Business & Industrial Supplies
Outdoors
Tools
Health & Personal Care
Sports
Kitchen
Automotive
Baby Products
We’re not looking for studio-style videos, just simple, quick, authentic smartphone videos from people with some personality.
Something like “This is my XYZ and here are a few things I like about it”
Hours & Pay
We’re looking for someone to do a “4-hour blitz” and record as many videos as possible in that timeframe.
I’ve found getting in the zone and doing a bunch of videos in a dedicated window of time is definitely the way to go.
I recently shot 40 videos by myself in about 2 hours in my garage, just talking about basketballs, tools, bike pumps, strollers, etc. 1-2 minutes at a time.
The expectation is that you can deliver at least 30 videos in those 4 hours. (You’ll upload them to Google Drive)
The job pays $100 if you deliver at least 30 videos in 4 hours of work.
Bonus Opportunity: If you can get to 50 videos in 4 hours, I’ll pay a $100 bonus to make the total payment $200.
Again, these are no edit, 1-2 minute videos and in my experience that’s very doable – especially if you can easily talk off the cuff without having to spend a bunch of time thinking about what to say 🙂
Applying
I’d love to know more about you and why you think you’d be a good fit for this.
Also, let me know about the kinds of products you have and how soon you think you could complete your 4 hour video blitz.
In particular, the more expensive the items the better – so things like coffee equipment, power tools, other appliances, furniture and accessories, etc. are ideal. Let me know which items you have that come to mind for this project.
Thanks
