Job Summary
A company is looking for a Managed Account Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate entry processing and resolve exceptions with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Partner Government Agencies (PGAs)
- Prepare and submit documentation to CBP and PGAs while managing customer relationships
- Support account management activities and coordinate post-entry activities on behalf of customers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 12 months of brokerage, transportation, or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office equipment
- Ability to interact with customers and internal staff at all levels
- Paid training provided
