Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Account Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate entry processing and resolve exceptions with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Partner Government Agencies (PGAs)
  • Prepare and submit documentation to CBP and PGAs while managing customer relationships
  • Support account management activities and coordinate post-entry activities on behalf of customers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 12 months of brokerage, transportation, or customer service experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office equipment
  • Ability to interact with customers and internal staff at all levels
  • Paid training provided
