Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional relationships with clinical and operational teams to ensure timely consultation assignments
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification required
  • At least one year of experience in a call center environment or healthcare/IT
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Ability to learn new software and systems
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, remote work environment
