Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 7-10 years' experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in designing and implementing managed services solutions
- ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
- Strong technical skills and customer interaction abilities
