Managed Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Services Specialist I to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Performance Managers and Managed Services Coordinators to execute Managed Services deliverables
• Manage and qualify incoming managed services requests and provide feedback on incomplete submissions
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure the delivery of effective marketing strategies and monitor progress against Service Level Agreements

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing
• Some familiarity with HTML or CSS coding is a plus
• Experience in account management and graphic design is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
