Management Engineer I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Management Engineer I to provide health systems engineering expertise related to Lean Six Sigma and performance improvement functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and facilitates process improvement teams using data-driven approaches such as Lean Six Sigma
• Applies engineering principles to develop efficient systems for health system services
• Collects and analyzes data to make recommendations for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a similar technical degree
• 0 - 5 years of relevant experience; additional related experience may be considered in lieu of the preferred degree
• Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent upon hire
