Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of succession and teaming consultants
- Lead the development and implementation of succession, acquisition, and teaming planning programs
- Guide financial advisors and teams through complex succession and acquisition planning scenarios
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, focusing on teaming and succession planning
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching and leading teams
- In-depth knowledge of succession planning and practice mergers
- Strong understanding of practice valuations and regulatory considerations affecting transitions
