Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation, operation, support, and maintenance of applications that meet business needs
- Oversee the Applications team, including performance development and staffing management
- Handle vendor management, contracts, and budgetary oversight
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a computer or healthcare-related field preferred
- Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred
- Four years of experience in application support preferred
- Must possess any applicable clinical license and certifications within specified timeframes
- ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent in-house training preferred
