Key Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale learning projects, including design, resource allocation, and rollout
- Develop and maintain project documentation and training evaluations for new programs
- Collaborate with teams to address customer knowledge gaps through various training methods
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, adult learning, sales operations, or product management
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Advanced program/project management experience
- Experience with learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools
- Understanding of the AEC industry and adult learning best practices
