Manager of Rater Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Rater Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver phase I-IV clinical trials, ensuring budgetary oversight and tracking against project SOW
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop rater training curriculums and materials for clinical trials
• Lead a team of Rater Training Associates and Coordinators, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of project tasks

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in psychology or related scientific field and/or relevant professional experience
• 4+ years of clinical trial management experience with a BS/BA or 2+ years with a graduate degree
• Direct supervisory experience of 2+ years
• Understanding of neuropsychological tests and patient/caregiver reported outcomes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general awareness of information technology concepts
