Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Retirement Plan Complex Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Complex Services team and manage financial processing of complex transactions
- Establish and implement team priorities, performance goals, and provide training and development opportunities
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and report on performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 5+ years of experience in Client Customer Support and Operations, including 2+ years of managerial experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
- Demonstrated ability to hire, retain, develop, and coach staff
- Experience in retirement plan operations is a plus
