Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and other forms of communication, routing messages to appropriate care team members
- Support medical records management, including processing faxes and maintaining patient documentation
- Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and coordination of care activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
- 1+ year of call center experience or equivalent work experience
- Certified/registered Medical Assistant or relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
