Job Summary
A company is looking for a Market Quality Improvement Specialist I who manages reporting requirements for Quality and Delegation Oversight teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining Metric Dashboards for Quality and Delegation Oversight Teams
- Aggregate Quality Raw Data Scores monthly and complete reporting for case reviews
- Plan and schedule Joint Operating Committee meetings and Delegation Oversight Committee presentations
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in business, health administration, health policy, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of three years of Managed Care or Healthcare Administration experience
- Preferred experience in Quality Improvement, Case Management, or Utilization Review
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with the healthcare field, including knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare
