Job Summary
A company is looking for a Market Specialist to support benefit consultants and manage the RFP and proposal processes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify upcoming renewals and evaluate client data to develop marketing plans
- Obtain insurance product rate quotes and assist in the procurement process
- Manage regional workload and ensure timely completion of quoting and proposal requests
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in a benefits support role at a carrier, general agency, or brokerage is a plus
- Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan designs is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Familiarity with database applications
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
