Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the content approval process for advertising and promotional materials
- Support the development and execution of internal communication initiatives
- Collaborate with various teams to coordinate campaign assets and communications deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications or an advertising/creative agency environment
- Experience with regulated content review platforms, preferably Veeva Vault
- Proficiency with SharePoint and project management tools like Asana or Trello
- Experience in a regulated industry, preferably healthcare, pharma, or diagnostics
