Key Responsibilities
- Integrate with third-party retail partners to identify marketing opportunities and align with commercial calendars
- Drive brand traffic and awareness through digital channels, supporting e-commerce strategies
- Lead Product Detail Page (PDP) management to ensure consistent brand messaging across e-commerce platforms
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of marketing experience with a focus on retail trade marketing
- Experience working with major third-party beauty retailers and understanding their marketing ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a proactive problem-solving approach
- Flexible on location, preferably West Coast or Chicago-based, with occasional travel required
