Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage global Paid Search, Display, and Video programs across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Develop and implement advanced bidding, targeting, and keyword strategies to optimize cost and increase ROI
  • Conduct campaign setups, daily optimizations, A/B testing, and performance reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in SaaS, PLG, and eCommerce environments, with experience in B2B and B2C customer acquisition
  • Deep knowledge of Google and Microsoft Ads platforms, including performance forecasting and bid algorithms
  • Experience managing seven-figure paid media budgets
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization methodologies
  • Analytical mindset with fluency in performance metrics and funnel KPIs
