A company is looking for a Marketing Manager, Paid Search.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage global Paid Search, Display, and Video programs across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Develop and implement advanced bidding, targeting, and keyword strategies to optimize cost and increase ROI
- Conduct campaign setups, daily optimizations, A/B testing, and performance reporting
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in SaaS, PLG, and eCommerce environments, with experience in B2B and B2C customer acquisition
- Deep knowledge of Google and Microsoft Ads platforms, including performance forecasting and bid algorithms
- Experience managing seven-figure paid media budgets
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization methodologies
- Analytical mindset with fluency in performance metrics and funnel KPIs
