Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Project Manager with B2B event and marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns and industry-specific marketing plans with full project management
- Coordinate event logistics including sponsorship deliverables, nurture campaigns, webinars, and onsite experiences
- Manage digital content for websites, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of marketing experience at the Project Manager or Program Manager level
- Experience in coordinating in-person and virtual events, overseeing logistics, and handling event marketing and analytics
- Background in large corporate marketing environments, preferably in Fortune 1000, tech, software, or alliance-based companies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize project documentation effectively
- Prior marketing experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer Markets, TMT (Technology, Media & Telecomm), and Industrial Products is preferred
