A company is looking for a Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of direct-response marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring seamless integration of creative, technical, and performance elements
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance using analytics and feedback
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing role, preferably in the investing or personal finance space
- Strong understanding of online marketing channels including social media, display, SEM, and native advertising
- Deep knowledge of direct response marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for data and performance metrics
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems is a plus
