Job Summary

A company is looking for a licensed Doctor of Optometry to work remotely in Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine patients using patented remote technology in the state of Maryland
• Communicate with patients through specialized video conference technology
• Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with support from Ophthalmic Technicians

Required Qualifications and Education

• Must hold a valid Doctor of Optometry license in Maryland
• Experience with tele-optometry is preferred
• Multiple state licenses are a plus
• Independent Contractor status required
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
