MCU Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MCU Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth background investigations and social media analyses to support Major Case and Special Investigations Unit Teams
• Analyze large volumes of data to identify suspicious trends related to organized insurance fraud activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and law enforcement for fraud investigations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in First and Third-Party Casualty, Property, and Workers' Compensation
• Proficient in data mining and research skills for background investigations
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for recognizing trends across multiple claims
• Preferred college degree or prior analyst experience at an insurance carrier or law enforcement agency
• Professional insurance designations are desired but not required
