Job Summary

A company is looking for a Media Asset Manager to manage and maintain media assets in a remote freelance capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the ingestion, organization, cataloging, and maintenance of media assets
• Manage a Media Asset Management (MAM) system for efficient asset storage and retrieval
• Develop and implement standardized workflows for asset management and compliance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Media Asset Manager or similar role in media production
• Deep understanding of Media Asset Management (MAM) systems and workflows
• Proficiency with MAM tools and software (e.g., CatDV, Frame.io, Adobe Prelude)
• Familiarity with video and audio file formats and transcoding processes
• Knowledge of licensing agreements and copyright regulations
