Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transition of the Medicaid data warehouse and encounter claim processing solution to a state-run model
• Manage daily operations of the Medicaid Data Warehouse, ensuring functionality and performance
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and engineers, serving as the liaison between IT and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Medicaid data warehouse operations or healthcare data management
• Experience in large-scale system transitions in a government or healthcare setting
• Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects
• Deep understanding of Medicaid data structures and federal reporting requirements
• Foundational knowledge of ETL processes and cloud-based data warehouses
