Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
- Identify and present solutions for billing issues to customers
- Negotiate and authorize billing settlements and adjust customer accounts as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in medical billing and denial management
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to document and report on billing issues effectively
- Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance
