Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities and payment options
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding outstanding balances and document conversations
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while meeting established metric goals
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of previous call center experience (in-office or remote)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance
- Experience with medical billing or claims processing
