Key Responsibilities
- Receive, document, investigate, and resolve product complaints in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Communicate with healthcare providers and patients to gather relevant complaint information
- Participate in root cause investigations and collaborate with cross-functional teams for complaint resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or business-related discipline preferred
- 3 years of related work experience as a complaint handler in the medical device industry
- Knowledge of medical terms and Medical Device Reporting regulations
- Able to perform job functions with minimal supervision and take initiative
