Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage medical records and treatment information from hospitals and providers
- Monitor and maintain communication for the HIM department, including phone and email correspondence
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the accuracy and availability of medical records in the client's EHR
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two years of experience in medical records management or a related area preferred
- Proficient in medical terminology
- Advanced experience with computers and data entry
- Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
