Key Responsibilities

• Process underwritten enrollment applications, reports, and transactions
• Handle all underwriting related concerns and provide expertise and customer service support
• Communicate effectively with applicants, agents, and other customers to resolve issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in underwriting and assessing risk
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Effective analytical and decision-making abilities
• Experience in writing clear and concise documentation
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
