A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from prospective members and convert calls into qualified leads and sales
- Follow up with members regarding questions and review current or new products and services
- Assist in completing enrollment over the phone while ensuring compliance with product requirements
Required Qualifications and Education
- No prior insurance license required; support provided to obtain state insurance licenses
- Must complete UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire training classes successfully
- Ability to meet performance, attendance, and consumer experience goals
- Flexibility to work full-time with rotational weekend shifts
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems
