A company is looking for a Director of Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Collaborate with various departments to design investment roadmaps and ensure effective campaign management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations related to Medicare and Marketplace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Automate, and Power BI
