Medicare Sales Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth for clients
• Design and develop a strategic vision to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
• Foster a culture of excellence and employee engagement while implementing and managing client campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
• 8+ years' experience managing a scaled inside-sales function (200+ team members)
• 5+ years' experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
• Market knowledge of AI, Amazon Connect, and comparable telephony solutions
