Job Summary
A company is looking for Medicare Member Service Representatives to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from plan members and providers regarding benefits, billing, and claims inquiries
- Verify member coverages, benefit types, eligibility dates, and claim statuses
- Estimate out-of-pocket expenses for procedures and explain member copayments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of previous Medicare experience, including Medicare parts A, B, and C
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Flexibility to work an assigned 8-hour shift during business hours of 8am - 8pm PST, Monday to Sunday
