A company is looking for a Manager, Meetings & Conventions (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic planning and execution of meetings and conferences, ensuring compliance with requirements
- Organize and facilitate planning meetings, documenting action items and decisions for assigned events
- Manage logistics for live, virtual, or hybrid meetings, including budgeting, contract negotiations, and onsite coordination
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
- 2+ years of experience in meeting management or event planning
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Previous experience with vendor-partners and budget management
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation or equivalent is a plus
