Job Summary
A company is looking for a Meetings Manager to support the planning and execution of various meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid conferences, including logistics, timelines, and vendor management
- Manage board and committee meeting logistics, including site selection and on-site execution
- Collect and maintain historical records related to events and provide evaluations post-conference
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in meeting and event management, particularly with large conferences
- Strong project management skills and ability to work within a complex matrixed system
- Experience planning international events is preferred
- Association management experience and CMP or DES credentials are preferred
- Proficient in MS-Office software and database management
