A company is looking for a Member Lifecycle Marketing Associate to manage and optimize member communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the member lifecycle program, including project workflows and stakeholder communication
- Ensure quality assurance across email, SMS, and push channels by collaborating with Marketing Operations
- Analyze performance data to contribute to ongoing improvements in lifecycle marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or marketing roles, preferably in B2C health benefits or regulated consumer tech
- Experience with campaign setup, testing, and email production workflows, including familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to organize and analyze performance data using tools like Tableau or Google Sheets/Excel
- Comfortable using project tracking systems such as Airtable, Asana, or Jira
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and complex segmentation or personalization logic
