Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to members through phone, chat, and email regarding complex benefit inquiries
- Collaborate with the VP of Product to define and enhance the member experience for a new product
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve member experience and relay feedback to product and operations teams
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer support or operations
