Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Representative I -CFA Claims (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer member inquiries and resolve service problems by researching and providing information
- Examine claims to identify key elements and processing requirements, calculating deductibles and managing overpayments and underpayments
- Execute enrollment transactions and generate accurate billing for policies and products
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service or claims experience, preferably in an inbound call center
- Preferred experience in health care or health insurance
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
- Self-starter with strong organizational and planning skills
