A company is looking for a Mental Health Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing documentation and ensuring accurate testing
- Communicate with patients and healthcare providers regarding insurance eligibility and test information
- Collaborate across departments to manage orders and billing processes while participating in quality assurance
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of relevant experience or an associate/bachelor's degree
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and email
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Experience in customer service roles is advantageous
