Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing documentation and ensuring accurate testing
  • Communicate with patients and healthcare providers regarding insurance eligibility and test information
  • Collaborate across departments to manage orders and billing processes while participating in quality assurance
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of relevant experience or an associate/bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
  • PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and email
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
  • Experience in customer service roles is advantageous
