Job Summary

A company is looking for a MEP Analyst to lead a high-performing team of technical professionals in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of MEP professionals, conducting performance reviews and supporting career growth
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while collaborating with internal and external partners
• Review and approve Scopes of Work (SOWs) and participate in client meetings to define project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in managing VDC efforts on diverse projects
• Familiarity with construction and design industry standards
• Proven ability to oversee budgets, schedules, and scope for technical teams
• Experience with tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and developing talent
