A company is looking for a Vital Records and Health Statistics Division Secretary, Executive Secretary E10.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the secretary for the Division and liaison for the Division Director
- Manage correspondence, personnel transactions, and FOIA requests
- Maintain files for contracts, projects, and assist with research-related activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Five years of administrative support experience with computer use for correspondence and reports
- Two years of advanced administrative support experience equivalent to Secretary E8 or Legal Secretary E8
- One year of experience equivalent to Secretary 9, Legal Secretary 9, or Senior Executive Management Assistant 9
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check
