Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Medical Director - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of cost-effective quality care incorporating recovery and person-centered services
• Oversee utilization review, case management, and care coordination activities
• Maintain clinical integrity through timely peer reviews, appeals, and consultations

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Current unrestricted physician license
• Board certified in Psychiatry
• Managed Care experience
• Understanding of engagement, empowerment, rehabilitation, and recovery principles
