A company is looking for a Modern Workplace Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise Modern Workplace strategy leveraging the M365 stack aligned with business goals
• Architect and oversee deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered productivity scenarios
• Collaborate with Change Managers to build scalable adoption blueprints across departments for M365

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Microsoft 365 and cloud architecture; 4+ years leading enterprise-scale modern workplace initiatives
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft security & compliance suite
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Graph API; ability to design automation frameworks for scale
• Proven track record of implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot with security reviews and adoption strategies
• Bachelor's or Master's in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
