Job Summary
A company is looking for a Microsoft Support Administrator to provide Level 2 support for client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Microsoft products including Azure, Windows, and Microsoft 365
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 user accounts and manage Exchange Online
- Respond to support tickets and collaborate with engineers to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or relevant NOC experience
- 2+ years of Microsoft Administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin center and Exchange Online
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and Azure Fundamentals: AZ-900 certifications
