Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Support Administrator to provide Level 2 support for client environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft products including Azure, Windows, and Microsoft 365
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 user accounts and manage Exchange Online
  • Respond to support tickets and collaborate with engineers to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or relevant NOC experience
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin center and Exchange Online
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and Azure Fundamentals: AZ-900 certifications
