Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Database Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Protect, preserve, and ensure the availability of the data
• Measure and monitor database performance to ensure optimal configuration settings are applied
• Document and automate processes to eliminate time spent on recurring tasks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server
• Understanding of relational database theory and implementations
• Experience with SQL Server Always On Availability Groups
• Familiarity with additional data stores (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Strong experience with PowerShell
