Job Summary

• Design and develop user-friendly forms using Omniscript within Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Enable external audiences to self-report their Health History through the Experience Cloud portal
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and user experience

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Strong hands-on expertise with Omniscript
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on time
• Experience working on customer engagement or healthcare-related platforms is a plus
