A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Service Associate (Hybrid Role).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries and act as an extension of the client
- Provide accurate solutions and guidance while building trust in customer relationships
- Document discussions and meet personal/team production metrics and quality targets
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of previous experience in a customer support role required
- Experience in the tax/banking/mortgage/real estate industry required
- Strong computer skills and ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment
- Typing ability of 35wpm or more
